Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the name, email address and message the person chooses to send us, which are required, and optionally their phone number and company. We do not collect sensitive data.

Purpose

The data is used solely to answer the inquiry, prepare a service proposal and follow up commercially. It is not used for other purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.

Consequences of not providing the data

If you do not provide your name, email address or message, we will not be able to follow up on your inquiry. The other fields are optional and leaving them blank does not affect the process.

Who may receive the information

To operate the site and follow up with you, we use providers that process this data on our behalf, not for their own purposes: Google (Google Workspace, to store the contact and email you), Resend (backup email delivery), Vercel (site hosting) and Cloudflare (anti-bot verification on the form). These providers process the information on servers outside Costa Rica, mainly in the United States.

Retention

The data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or an interest in establishing one, and afterwards for the period required by applicable regulations.

Your rights

Under Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, you may at any time request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by writing to info@aguilaryasociadosgc.com.

Analytics

To understand which pages are visited and improve the site, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which records aggregated data (page visited, referring site, country, device type and browser). It does not use cookies or store IP addresses, and it does not allow individuals to be identified.

This notice may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
